Client Privacy
Though massage therapists in Arkansas don't fall under Hippa I do not share anyone's personal information. Intake forms are filed at my home office and are not stored in my office.
Cancelation Policy
Healing Hands Therapy requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice. If you fail to make your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full amount of your service (as this time could be utilized by someone else). Exceptions may be made but it is at our discretion.
Service Agreement
If there are issues with you making appointments after 3 missed services Healing Hands Therapy may dismiss you as a client. As I honor and respect our time together during our sessions I expect the same behavior from my clients.
