Deep pressure targeting specific areas of the body
Service Description
As the name implies, this is a much deeper type of therapy. It is the application of deeper pressure to specific areas of the body that makes this an effective therapy. Through the use of specific deep pressure, I can focus on the “knots” that you have– whether they are in your back, neck, or legs. This type of massage is not strictly deep work. The area will be warmed up first with a Swedish massage prior to the deeper work. I will either finish up working on an area with a light massage to calm the area down. It also helps with residual muscle soreness that you may have the day after your deep tissue massage. Did you know that if you are sore for longer than 1 day the work was too intense for your body?
Cancellation Policy
Healing Hands Therapy requires a minimum of 24 hours notice. If you fail to make your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full amount of your service (as this time could be utilized by someone else). Exceptions may be made but it is at our discretion. Service agreement If there are issues with you making appointments after 3 missed services, Healing Hands Therapy LLC may dismiss you as a client. As we honor and respect our time together during your session we expect the same behavior from our clients.
